First: Inquiry via the "Absher" platform

If you are submitting your application electronically, then "Absher" is your first destination:

Log in to your Absher account.

Go to the "My Services" menu, then "Public Services".

Select "Inquire about transaction information".

You will see a list of active transactions, their registration number, and their current status.


Second: Inquiry via the websites of the Emirates of the regions

Each emirate provides its own inquiry system using (registration number) and (year):

Riyadh Region Emirate: Through the electronic inquiry portal on the Emirate's website.

Makkah Region Emirate: via the "Makkah Emirate" electronic system.

The Emirate of the Eastern Province: via the Emirate's application or its official website.


Third: What is meant by transaction cases?

During the inquiry process, you will encounter certain terms; here is their explanation based on Sanad Services' experience:

Under review: The transaction is currently with the relevant committee to assess the conditions.

Referred to the authority: The transaction was sent to another authority (such as the police or criminal investigation) for verification.

Awaiting medical examination: The directive has been issued and we are waiting for the results to appear in the system.

The court issued the following: The application has been definitively accepted and is now with the Ministry of Justice for contract notarization.


Fourth: Inquiry via telephone (text messages)

The Ministry of Interior provides an inquiry service via the unified number (997) or by sending a text message with the transaction number to the numbers designated for each emirate so that you receive the status immediately.
